The origin story
Maxxxim wasn't born out of a simple desire to start our own agency. Nor did we take the well-worn path of claiming, "We can do it better," "We're all about data," or worse—"We do it with AI."
No, we launched Maxxxim because of a lack—not of agencies, big or small (there are plenty), but of something else entirely. And that's exactly where our biggest strength lies.
Morgan (1990) and Jasper (1981) built their careers at some of the most renowned agencies, brands, and publishers. From global heavyweights like Dentsu/iProspect and Sanoma/DPG to national leaders like ZIGT and Conversion Company, they gained deep expertise across the entire media landscape.
Maxxxim exists because we saw a gap—and we knew how to fill it.

Before Maxxxim
Starting our own agency was never the plan. The goal was simple: grow as professionals and do great work for great brands. Because let's be honest—we're in an incredible industry.
We both climbed the ranks, gaining experience, taking on bigger roles. But the higher we got, the clearer it became—too many compromises were being made. On quality, on time, on innovation. "It's good enough." But was it? And the clients? "Well, they don't know any better." As long as EBITDA kept climbing and shareholders—public or private—got their payout, everything was fine.
Is this an oversimplification? Of course. Are we taking a jab at our former employers? Absolutely. But make no mistake—this pattern runs deep in the industry. And we decided we weren't going to play that game anymore.

And now?
And now? Enough is enough! Want it different? Then do it differently and stop complaining. We started planning in late 2023, Morgan was the first one to take the entrepreneurial leap of faith, and we launched in early 2025.

We both have so much drive for what we do. Media deployment, data, reaching, touching, and getting things done. From clever yet intelligent strategy to that final extra return where you know and feel it's succeeded. That's the function of an agency. Moreover, the city means a lot to us personally, and most of the talent lives here.
