A yes, and we won’t bother you much with AI (ANI, just to be annoyingly precise); we use AI because it's simply an essential part of our Tech stack. Yes, it does make things faster, simpler, cheaper, yeah, yeah, but in our view, for our industry specifically, it's not a magic wand. At least not yet. And to let everything revolve around AI, as many others do, is just exhausting. So, rest assured we’re using it like everyone else. We’re just not screaming it in your face.

Strategy? Very nice and important, media as well of course. But without the right frame of reference, sound research setup and number crunching, working the strategy is a bit of a pain.

Research is essential. Based on our market experience, whether it's B2C/B2B, we know. Or we make sure we get to know about it. Ultimately there's only one consumer, and that one we know quite well.

For us, mass media includes radio, (linear) TV, print, and OOH (Out of Home). Many marketers, especially those with less experience, tend to overlook these channels, labeling them as “old-fashioned” or “obsolete.” Did we already tell you that old school is the new cool?!
