It's an obligation to both people and clients. This way, talent truly gets a chance, and on the other hand, you maintain your service at a high level.
Pre-education
The fact is that there's essentially nothing wrong with the educational programs, but the media profession needs to be learned in practice, just like any other profession. It's like a swimming diploma—after that, you have to get into the water. We take the above responsibility very seriously, especially with our juniors.

Senior Buddy
At Maxxxim, you get a senior buddy, hands-on in your field, who guides you within your role and function. Together, you determine learning goals. In one case, you learn in practice. In another case, it's theory that we teach you to apply.
We offer theory through (professional) literature, events, and also external training via several renowned educational institutions or partners. Think of Google or Meta, but also NIMA, or even a post-master's program. We look together at what's appropriate for where you are in your career. One thing is certain: you'll never be able to say that Maxxxim doesn't invest in its people.
And no, a "senior buddy" isn't just someone who remembers life before smartphones. They're your personal Yoda in the world of media - minus the green skin and cryptic speech.
Interns
Internships
As an HBO student or MSc/MA candidate, you're more than welcome at Maxxxim. Whether it's a short orientation, interim internship, or for graduating with a Bachelor's or Master's degree.
Hard work
Make no mistake, you'll really be working alongside us. So no administrative chores under the guise of practical work, but actually being part of the team, in contact with the client. Of course, we guide you through every step. Graduation internships are expertly supervised by Maxxxim management in coordination with your teacher(s).
Compensation
Hard work? There's something in return. We don't agree with the internship compensations paid by companies. For a full internship, you receive from us a 1,500 EURO monthly allowance and an expense reimbursement. So you can really focus on your first step in the professional world.
Admission
Maxxxim is a great place to intern, so there's also a lot of demand. Moreover, we have our network with universities and colleges. So, you really have to apply. We look at your performance, grades, but also ask for your vision, and what you want to achieve.
What's in it for you?
Don't worry, "hard work" at Maxxxim doesn't mean fetching coffee or mastering the art of photocopying (who even does that anymore? It's giving major 90s vibes). You'll be diving into the deep end of the media pool - it's giving main character energy, no cap. And yes, we're Millennials trying our best to keep up with the lingo.
